Course Booking Terms

Our services

Bright Births offers prerecorded digital antenatal education, in-person group workshops, and private one-to-one antenatal courses delivered online or in clients’ homes, as described on the relevant booking page.

Educational scope

Courses teach birth preparation, relaxation, breathing, choices and partner support. They are educational, not medical services or a substitute for clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment or individualised medical advice. We cannot guarantee any particular birth experience or outcome. Consult your maternity care team about your circumstances and seek urgent medical help when needed.

Bookings and payments

Prices and inclusions are shown at checkout or in the booking confirmation. Digital courses and private courses are payable upfront. Group workshops require a 10% deposit, with the remaining balance due before the workshop on the date stated in the booking confirmation. A booking is confirmed when we accept it and the required payment is received.

Digital access

Digital course access lasts 12 months from purchase unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout. Access is for the purchasing customer’s personal use and may not be shared or resold. Reasonable temporary platform interruptions may occur; contact us if you cannot access purchased content.

Group participation

Group workshops may include demonstrations and discussions. Participants should follow their own comfort levels and tell us if they need to pause or avoid an activity. Please respect other participants’ privacy and do not record or share personal stories without permission.

Private sessions

Private courses are arranged for agreed times and delivered online or at the agreed location. Customers should provide a safe and suitable environment for home sessions. Rescheduling and cancellation are governed by the policy below; timing and availability will be confirmed when booking.

Materials

All course notes, videos, relaxation scripts and downloadable materials are for personal educational use only, not redistribution, commercial use or reproduction without written permission.

Changes or cancellation by Bright Births

If we need to cancel a workshop or cannot provide a booked service, we will offer an appropriate alternative or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the circumstances. We will notify affected customers promptly.

Australian Consumer Law

These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If there is a problem with a service, please contact us so we can assess and resolve it.
